What was required to get a "wonderbar"?

No body on the suspension board knew this one so I thought I would give you guys a try. I was curious if my 1991 z28 has one.

Just look, you'll see a small bar parallel and right in front of the sway bar if you have one. The only way to know if you got one stock is if you have an IROC. The 91/92 Zs seem mixed and there is no answer, so just look.
