hey i was wondering what the specific name for the paint on my car is. it is a 1985 firebird with a 2.8. it is blue but i want to know the specific color so when i get it repainted it is the same. thanx for any info given.

mods:3in. exhaust pipe straight from the headers to a glasspack, edelbrock performer rpm intake manifold, edelbrock performer 600cfm elec. choke carb, dynomax headers, no ac and edelbrock signature chrome valve covers and a edelbrock pro flo air cleaner. oh yeah and lots of chrome stuff.

It is either Bright Blue Metallic or Dark Blue depending on which shade you have. Not very original names, and you really need your paint code and year, not the name to get the correct color made. I can't remember the codes myself, but someone here can tell you if you don't have your RPO sheet (they should look something like 23U and 23L, though those are the codes for '86 Bright Blue Metallic which is quite different from '85)
