IROC Convertible Numbers

Hey guys I'm a new proud owner of a 1988 Camaro IROC Z Convertible with the 5.0L TPI, auto, power everything and 98k miles. I was wondering if the $4300 that I paid for the car was a deal or not. The guy had just recently put on a new top, new back tires, new paint job, and a new OEM front fascia (the other one had broken from highway dings and such) all within the past 3 years. Now this car is in near mint condition almost pristine, just a few hours of work on it and she'll be perfect as in showroom condition. Exactly how rare are these IROC convertibles, and also how can I make sure that it is an IROC, did they make just regular convertibles in 88 or were they all IROCs. anyways any help will be apprecciated, thanks

In 1988, their were 3,761 IROC ragtops built. If you car is as nice as you say, without excessive miles, IMO you got a good deal, I paid $4500 for an 91' Rs convertible and is in need of some work ( electrical problems driving me nuts ). Hope this helps.

Oops, I forgot this, the IROC 'vert RPO's are CZA1,CZA2,and CZA3. These are the three levels. CZA1 is a the base IROC convertible.
