Having trouble decoding this RPO: 1AZ Anyone know what it means?

How about VE2? I think it has to do with 3th gen driveshaft.

Hmmmm? I meant 4th gen, not 3rd. The reason I asked is because I came across this while searching for an aluminum driveshaft:
8-350 (5.7L), AT, w/safety opt VE2
