Restoring 84 Firebird...Wheel info needed
I am in the process of restoring my oddly equipped 84 Firebird and need to know how to find out what wheels originally came on the car. According to the door tag it should have 14's cause the tire size is listed as 205/70R14. One of the previous owners put on some cheap American Racing steel wheels ya know the cheapest ones around with the cirles all around em?
Any help appreciated.

Your RPO's should give you a hint of two, unfortunately in the early years they used so many different variations of wheels on the Firebird its virtually impossible to just make a guess accurately. I'd suggest getting a sales brochure for your car and then choose whichever wheel you prefer. It'll probably look better to you than the stock pieces, and no one will really know.
