A question on b4c camaros........
Hi, I have seen a 92 b4c camaro that I wanted to buy and the guy said it had some special "Police" chip in it. Is he totally bull$hitting me? If there is a chip, does it do much for performance? Thanks if anyone can help....

From what I understand, I haven't been able to prove myself, the B4Cs have no speed limiter, and no transmission kickdown. (For cruising at WOT in overdrive.) Can anyone confirm or deny this?
