KITT on TV last night

I just thought it may boost the interest in our cars a little as there was a KITT replica on NBC's "Americas Got Talent"... There was this stripper... 'nuf said.

I thought it was kind of cool seeing a 3rd gen in the spotlight... Unfortunately the stripper kept on getting in the way of the car... did I just say that?

You can watch the entire clip on NBC.com

I know its really not History related But its kind of historical as bad plublicity is better than no publicity.

John.

I recently saw KITT, too, and with the original voice actor, in the movie "Benchwarmers".

On Cribs over the weekend, they had their season premier, and one of the chicks from the Backstreet Boys has a garage full of nice muscle cars, and his favorite was one of the original KITT cars from the show.

If you don't like it fine, I don't think it's necessary to make a ignorant and childish comment like that.

It's hard to tell what someone means when they say "knight rider is gay".

Is the show gay?

Is David Hasselhoff ?(spelling?) gay?

Is kitt gay?

Am I gay for watching the show?

Is my 82 ta gay?

See, this can be very confusing..........by gay, do you mean happy? Personally, I like any show/movie that is based on any 3rd gen. Now, that's just me.......and I'm not gay.....but I'm happy......so maybe.....no, can't be.......man, guess I need to do a little soul searching now......I'm feeling a little confused.....but I know 1 thing for sure..........I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......................but I'm not sure if my car is male or female.......damn you guys, I think I'm gonna need some professional help figuring this out. I'll be OK.....I just need a little time to organize my thoughts.....

I don't much care for America's Got Talent, but I thought that was hilarious. As sad as it is, I don't rmember much about the burlesque dancer, just the car.

My point exactly... She kept getting in the way... I guess she was upstaged by the car.

You guys have GOT to see this if you haven't.

Go to NBC.com, click on the picture of "American's Got Tallent" and the stripper is Michelle L'Amore.

"america's got tallant"

no, no it does not. my favorite part about that clip is how pissed off the female judge is that a stripper is on the show. and how disgusted she looks when the top comes off.

That's easy to see why.
Isn't David Don't Hassle The Hoff a judge on that show?
If worst comes to worst, he will probally buy the car off that person.
Unless he gave her the car for some kind of trade.

I used to think Knight Rider was cool, and it made me want a Trans Am...mind you I was like 6 years old at that time. Ironically I did get a Trans Am and it was an '82. However 20 years later, Knight Rider just isn't cool anymore. The cheese factor was increasing considerably toward the end of the shows run, and production and story lines were just inconsistant. I just saw an eppisode before I went to work today called "Knight and Nerd". An episode name like that should be enough to make you wonder. Seeing KITT getting hit with some kind a laser beam being operated by the bad guys for that show, and then glowing red from the heat made me laugh out loud The KITT peeled out and sideswiped the van the bad guys were in with then knocked over the van and it blew up...This stuff just doesn't hold up anymore It's amazing the A-Team outlasted Knight Rider
