Thirdgen sighting in Yellowstone Natl. Park

I was in Yellowstone a couple weeks ago and I saw a forest green third gen Firebird. I'm unsure of the trim, but it was all decked out with cop car trim, D.A.R.E stickers on the side, had the lights on top and everything. Looked really neato. I only got a quick glimpse of it, I wish I could have gotten a pic. Anybody know anything about it?
