One of my lugnut covers is missing and another is cracked and will not stay on, I looked on ebay for new covers and the only ones they had were round on the bottom and hexed on the top, unlike mine which are hexed all the way up. I have stock wheels but are these the stock lugnuts and covers?

That looks like a stock replacement type for 82 up to 87 or so. The later ones had threads on the outside and seperate plastic caps that went over top.

 

I just thought it was weird that there was only one set for sale on ebay...
