Could you help me with links where i can see detailed description of the thirdgen restoranion process. Mainly I`m interested in hard body restoration. For example, after a car accidend etc.

type in restoration and camaro firebird in any search engine and you will find what you are looking for. The process is the same for any car. I am a Automotive Restoration Major in college and you can find this stuff all over the web pics included. Problem is the third gens are still a little too "new" to be completely restored from the ground up. I am in the process of restoring my car but its not going to be stripped to the frame.

 

Also look at the threads below posted by member khoebringer you'll get an idea what's involved and along the excellent job Kurt and his son Derek did on Derek's '82 Z28.
