RPO stands for Regular Production Order, that's just GM's way of naming their option codes. i.e. WS6, L98, N10 etc...

Service Parts Identification sheet, SPID, is the sticker that lists all the RPOs that a car has. On some cars it is in the center console, some have it in the hatch glovebox, and I'm sure some other places.

Never heard of these myself, BUT is it possible that "Q1C" is QLC? That would the code for Gatorbacks 245/50ZR16

JG5 is J65?? 4 wheel disk brakes?

E92 is G92? Performance axle?

R92? I don't know? But there were different RPO codes out there for Camaros and Firebirds.

These are just some ideas, don't know if your SPID is a little scratched up maybe?
