89 GTA 350 TPI with T-tops
Found a car near me, guy wants 5k OBO, body is kinda wavy in spots, needs paint, exhaust, I talked to him on the phone he said it is a genuine 350 TPI car. What should I offer him? It has newer tires, and the interior is spectacular. Both rockers are there, but knowing these cars the ground FX hide the true problems.. Thanks, KP.
