i was reading in the rare parts section that the flashlights that came in over head consoles are rare or atleast valueable if they work. is this true? i got three of the things, i keep one in my glvoe box of my truck

 

Pretty rare, yes for those that work and are unbroken. In good shape, they can fetch $40-50 or so--actually, they seem to be worth more than the overhead itself.

yep mine are all unbroke, one of them someone painted the word camaro but they all are good shape otherwise, worth throwing on ebay then i guess.

 

yep i got one on ebay right now, last one went for $52 on ebay, we'll see how this one turns out. mint shape, no clips broken, tabs missing, etc.

 

I have 2 that work with good tabs and one I've use for parts.Actually when the contacts are clean and with a new bulb/batteries they work well for emergency lights.One thing they don't like is being left in the console pocket if the car is sitting in the sun for extended periods of time.
