Full bs anybody can get a plaque made, it needs stuff and he probably wants 3500 or 4000 for it I would pass, its a 1500 or 2000 car at the most. He seems a little bit of an *** to me. I think he thinks hes got a gold mine, looks like a regular 85 T/A to me. If it would have some documation or decals then I would be a believer. Seroiusly doubt it.

They used to seel those badges with the birds on them years ago. You could have your name engraved in it or 'especially made for _____' engraved. Plus the date is all crooked on there. I doubt if the speedway would have a hack engraver do the badging like that.
