I have a Question about production numbers
i have a 92 Formula Firebird with t-tops i want to know how many came with t-tops..i know there were only 1,017 putinto production but where could i find this info? thanks! =]

13,446 Firebirds in 1992 got T-tops.

But John, he is specifically getting at the rarity of a Formula with t-tops.

THats Just it, no one really knows the exact breakdown.
From what I can recall (based upon the laws of averages & Guestimation) about 200 Formula 350 T-top cars were made in 1992...
All other things considered With a total of 1017 figure he gave about 500 Formulas had T-tops. Again, based upon total Production figures from every other year.
I guess in short as of right now there are no hard numbers. 1992 being one of the lowest production years would probably be the easiest year to go through all of the dealer invoices to actually calculate how many were made, but its not worth anyones time to actually do it. Hopefully some day it will all be on computer. (doubtful)
