I saw a 1991 Firebird Formula with a (2) in the sixth position of the vin sequence. The websight I looked the VIN up on says there sould be a (1) or an (8) in this position for Sports Coupe. A (3) for Verts. So is this a misprint? Or is this car something more? Also the last six numbers are 200424. This websight says there were only some 51,000 cars built this year. So is this #200424 or am I reading this wrong. Every other # and letter match what the web sight says. Can anyone help me understand. O-yeah, I did see a badge on the inner doorpanel that said something about the suspention.
