Is this an HO car? my 83 HO axle code starts with 5.

it isnt HO engine, its an LG4.. Also, I know whatever is in it is original, because I bought it from my uncle and he bought it new in 83 and doesnt know much about cars and hasn't touched it since he bought it other than driving it, regular maintenance and up-keep.
