Whats your car apprasied at?
Collector car insurance requires an appraisal for agreed value in case of a total loss...so whats yours?
Mine is $13,500-before I added the factory decals/refinished rims, stereo.

Who are you going through for your coverage? Agreed is agreed . . .I just had to fill out the application, e-mail a few photos to the underwriter then write the check.

I also live in Canada. I got an independent appraisal that came back at $21,500 (That was about 4 years ago. It's likely higher today.). The insurance company then accepted the appraised value as the agreed value.
Don't forget, whether your insurance company requires an appraisal or not, it would be a good idea to get one anyway. An appraisal that comes out at a higher value than book value also adds to your own personal net worth. This can be important for things like getting credit or loans, etc.
