RPO Code question.
Hello, everyone. I am looking into buying a 1991 Z28. I asked the seller for a picture of the RPO sheet and I'm using the RPO Decoder and doing my own research for a certain code. The code is VA7. I understand this means LG4 305ci engine but the car itself is a 5.7 & is confirmed by the L98 & B2L codes. Any help? Thank-you.
EDIT: If it helps any, it also has the 1AZ(special-purpose order) code.

Re: RPO Code question.
That sounds like a fairly unusual one.
This is from a 4thgen-fbody site, so I don't know if it applies, but:
"VA7 : LANGUAGE LABEL, FRENCH"
good luck, GT

Re: RPO Code question.
I agree with kizz's results. I checked a couple other sources and as far as I can tell, that's what that code has always meant. I can definitly confirm it has nothing to do with anything regarding the engine/drivetrain. Be very happy with the L98. That's the best engine you can get in a stock 3rd gen.
Good luck with the possible purchase.
