Decals & Headliner
Decals & Headliner
Hi guys/Girls I got a 1985 IROC Z28, that needs a paint job so where is the best place to get new decals, Also in search of a headliner (its not cloth tho) so not sure what its technically called. The prev owner put a racing steering wheel in so where would be a good place to fing an original. And a gearshifter.. Im thinking I might get lucky at the junkyard for the headliner, steering wheel and gearshifter.

Search the classified boards.Post a WTB(want to buy) in the classifieds.Several differant sellers on e bay have a lot of stuff.I race motorsports sells headliners, and other interior stuff. He is also a board member, and has good prices and reputation.Try searching around on here and you`ll find alot of people with parts. Some of the advertisements along the sides of the pages sell decent stuff.

If you have no luck on the steering wheel on this site, you can try ebay or craigslist. Also try Classicindustries.com they have some pretty good stuff.

To have a wheel wrapped in Leather cost a small fortune, about that much... I too think its pricy, BUT if its what you want...
BTW, Yellow ROCKS!

Re: Decals & Headliner
Thanks everyone! I love my car, I got her running a couple months ago, but if I didn't drive her after a couple days the battery would go dead, and last time we tried to jump her she wouldn't start
I haven't had as much time as I want to work on her... plus its cold and I won't drive her in the snow so I have to wait. But if any one has any ideas on what might be draining the battery... shoot them at me.
