I need help planning my project... I started off organized but now I have been ordering all sorts of parts as they come on sale or as I can get sales

But now, I have so many different parts... suspension, engine, body, and none of them are all complete so I need to figure this out.

This is what I am doing...

Minor body work with new SS hood, 5 in wing and new front spoiler

COMPLETE new suspension, everything new/aftermarket
Also 8-pt roll cage

LT1/T-56 Swap into Auto/305TPI 1992z28.

My plan:

1 - Send to body shop and get all body work, hood, wing, spoiler all done and in primer, not painting till very end of project. Also take care of any rust on underside - very minor not too worried.

2 - Complete suspension rebuild - remove all existing and reinstall all new stuff after coating whole underside with POR-15 or similar

3 - finally - Engine/t-56 swap, also install new pedal assembly, cuts for manual shifter

4 - probably roll cage last because it will be PITA to install pedal assembly with cage in the way

6 - NEW PAINT!

5 - reinstall all interior, if I can remember how after all the above

Can anyone who has done similar or know of some pointers help me out here... Does this sound like a good plan or would another way work better?
