Plastic Head "GM LOGO" Key blanks...
Where can I get them? I'm sure it may sound too "perfectionist" or OCD, but I would like to find OE GM keys to go with my cars...
Specifically the ones with the black plastic head with the GM logo.
I'll even settle for the caps that just slide over an existing key as long as the GM logo is there...
Anyone else go down this road before?

I tried my local Chevy dealer today and they had nothing... I'll try others and see what they have...
Have you had any luck with this at a dealer near you?

You might want to browse eBay as GM key blanks can be found there. For example:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GM-19...Q5fAccessories
Even if you purchase them from eBay, you should/might be able to get your local dealership to cut the keys. Actually, this is what I did when I bought some VAT key on eBay some time ago as a set. My local dealership offered to cut them for free, of course I purchased other items from them that day, so your mileage may vary.
