It is the Carrelo. It was made by Knudsen. As a matter of reference Knudsen also made the Togan out of the Firebird in the same era.
I have seen a few of them on the web, never in person... Love it or hate it, the Carrelo is still a shirt tail part of Third Gen history.

interesting. I like how the nose looks. wouldnt mind seeing what one looks like on a regular camaro.
