92 stock? or not stock?
I was talking to a guy the other day and he seems to think that there was such a thing as a 92 rs that came with the either a 350 or 355 stock. I said no way they came with 305s (and can't find anything to say there was). Is there such a thing or is he getting mixed up?
Thanks

Re: 92 stock? or not stock?
Yes you could have gotten an RS with the L98 (350) or the LB9/M5 (305 w/5 speed)
You had to get a police car B4C equipped RS. Basically it was a Z28 but with the RS sheet metal and spoiler. It was intended to be a less expensive version for Police enforcement. There are several out there...
Another unique thing is you got A/C and the 1LE package with the B4C...
NOTE: A 355 is a .030 over 350. they were never offered from the factory, A 355 would indicate a rebuilt or remanufactured engine.
