'91 350/T-top car on ebay

I came across this car on ebay a few minutes ago. The 350 is stock based on the VIN, and the t-tops look stock but I'm not 100% on that. Either way, take a look if anyone is looking for one.

P.S. I got a kick out of the car having the "rare corvette engine" (i.e. the stock 350) and the "rare" WS6 option (which is stock on all Formulas and GTAs).

Those dont look like the factory tops. Its hard to tell exactly from the pictures but I'm leaning towards C+C. Notice also the hooks for the t-top bag are missing... probably were never there to begin with.

That sucks... It'd be a cool car without the hackjob C&C t-tops. You can tell they're C&C junk from the rubber strip across the front, back, thicker moldings along the door openings, and the locks sticking down near the middle of the tops.

The broken seat belt bezel, stretched out map pocket, and missing distributor cover are kind of odd for a car with that mileage. Maybe it was just rode hard? It should be in nearly mint condition with that low mileage, and it's definitely not mint.

I didn't look too close at the tops. I do agree though, with that kind of mileage that car should be in a lot better shape. Still laughing at the "rare" corvette engine. Wonder how many Formulas came with the "rare" WS6 suspension package. Oh yeah, all of them did!

Say what you want, I had two cars with C&C tops, and they sealed much better than the factory ones. I bought my '86 base model in 1987 with C&C tops and had a buddy with an '85 Z28 that poured the water in when it rained and mine didn't leak a drop, as long as they were installed properly there was nothing wrong with them.

The seatbelt sheeth is also broken...

The "White Inlays" I think are misleading, I suspect they are the standard gray cloth material, the pictures were taken in the daytime, so they appear to be washed out... If you look at the one pic from the drivers side, where you can see the passenger seat and the door panel ,they are the same color...

I also notice that he has an aftermarket intake tube on it..

Re: '91 350/T-top car on ebay

That's fine, it doesn't change the fact they were aftermarket and they look goofy when you're accustomed to the OEM t-tops. What's wrong with them is that they're not original equipment.

Beyond that, I hate Cars & Concepts products and quality. From their t-tops in F-bodies, to the t-tops in the Fieros and Mustangs, all the way to the convertible tops in LeBarons and Mustangs... They're all garbage. That's just my opinion, you don't have to agree with me. Sorry if you're offended, I just don't like them.

Agreed, to me they look like the normal silver/gray under bright lighting.
