Where can I get the door,window, hatch and T-top seals new.

 

I'd start at the dealer, if nothing else to check price and availability. But it'd probably be cheaper to buy from another source. Any of the restoration houses, like Classic Industries, Year One, etc should offer them. Then less specialized places like Summit Racing, and JCWhitney also offer aftermarket reproductions.
