Information on decoding trim sheets not on RPO decoder?

Information on decoding trim sheets not on RPO decoder?
Does anyone here have any information on how to decode information on trim sheets that is not on the TGO RPO decoder? For example, under "Special Options", the trim sheet for my '89 IROC says "SIZ28", and under U26 it says "H/LITE". Is anyone else that has found their sheets curious about this? Any help is appreciated.
