1989 L03 Casting numbers

I might start looking for a 305 to rebuild and have in storage for future numbers matching, or at least period correct engine casting numbers for my 1989 RS.

So what would be correct casting numbers on a 305 block and heads for a 1989 RS that originally had a L03?

Just a quick question, why are you ditching the 350 for a l03?...

I understand the numbers matching restoration, but realistically, are you doing it for a monetary profit, or personal satisfaction? I just don't see the $$$ in the end being worth the "return".

I wont be ditching the 350 anytime soon. I would just like to have it in case many years down the road, if i wanted to take it back to all original i can, and before the 305s that are out there become scarce and very highly priced.
