They were on our earlier thirdgens. Paint codes, initial VIN, body, are some of the listings on it. The 19 is your black color (upper and lower) and CC1 is the RPO for a t-top body. Search for more info. Its been discussed before more in detail. Try "cowl tag"

Water is the type of paint used - water based
02A means it was built the first week of February
Ar9 is a seat option - not sure what kind though.

Re: Information Plate on Radiator Support
F = 1985
02A = February, first week, build
1FP87 = Camaro, 2-Door Coupe
L = Van Nuys, CA assembly plant
435127 - VIN Sequence
19L = Black lower
19U = Black upper
WATER = Water based paint
CC1 = Factory T-Tops
The bottom letters and characters are somewhat unknown to us as far as definitions.

Thanks for the info!! Now if I could find the build sheet, but it seems to be gone. I've checked the glove box and the small storage compartment in the back as well as insdie the spare tire storage but no luck. Least this tells me they kept it the original color!

Not all ThirdGens will have a build sheet, nor were they in any specific spot. If there is one, it may be in many other places (behind the instrument cluster, under the carpet, behind the front bumper cover etc.,). Those are just some have been where some owners have found a build sheet. It could have also been taken by the dealership and discarded.
