How do I tell what options my car came with?
I have a 1992 Camaro RS, don't have the VIN off hand, but I can get it. Is there any way to tell what options my car came with using the VIN?

The VIN will tell you things like the engine and where it was made. You need to find the build sticker. Look in the back storage compartment or inside of your console. It should be there, and all of those codes make up your car. You can decode it using this site or just Google a GM decoder. It will have the VIN on it, so you can cross reference it with the VIN on the dash.

Alright, found out my car is a native V6, made in Van Nuys, 06/92. Gonna decode what's in the glove box now. I'll post back with more info, and, thanks for the info.
