Found !!!!! "Great White buffalo" 1984 15Th Ann Trans Am With POWER Recaro Seats !!!

Well I did it again lol,My second pair of POWER Recaro seats

Now the story:

Car was a 84' 15th Ann,L69-5 speed car,The "IDIOT" owner got the car impounded cause he was driving without a license BIG NO NO in California

After I get permission from the place that has the car,I will upload the "Data" plate pic

Shame car wasn't taken care of that well,The sub frame and "A" pillars are rusted thru

Is there a way to restore the car? Sounds like a lot of rust, but maybe its worth repairing??

No go, car is getting strip to make $$ and crushed Seen LOT's of nice 3rd gens here at the pull it yards getting parted and stripped

And it's tied up in "California DMV BS red tape and fee's"

No sense letting the parts get crushed aswell lol,So I'm taking all the 15th ann goodies

Now I'm not the only one who parted out an 84 15th anniv 5 speed from an IDIOT owner. My idiot owner was a young kid who wrecked it 3 times with the last crash being a tree. I didnt get the Recaro's, as they were already long gone, but there were plenty of good parts to be had. The drivetrain alone is worth a lot. So now I know of at least 2 of these that were or will be crushed.

Yup it's a shame Kymmee,I have stripped a '84 Recaro and 2 '82 Recaro's due to neglect in my 10 years of doing '82-84 bird parts .Pretty sad how these cars are treated sometimes and let to rot,And most people I have talked to here in California just see these as an old disposable 80's car ,But I do my best to salvage what i can to help others with their ride

Oh ya someone posted on the Southern California board that a '83 DT500 was witnessed at a u pull it yard near Los Angeles

WOW The mystery deepens !! Car was built first week April '84 and has 0 records found when I ran a autocheck on the VIN ?? I wonder if it was one of those special order GM corporate car's ??? It's is a pretty loaded car minus rear wiper

Such a shame it had to end this way for such a rare car
