Does any one know who built this Trans Am that's faster than an arrow

Does any one have info on this Trans Am? The video shows it traveling faster than an arrow!

This is one sick car. Some race team in Europe, (Norway I think) built this car up to 1400 plus HP. They do a demonstration where it travels faster than an arrow, caught on high speed tape. Video is not in English, but cool to see these cars in Europe nonetheless.

The shop that built it is Polly Motorsports. The cars nickname is "extreme polly" and you should find plenty more vids searching for that. I believe it's a big cube small block (434?) with a huge F1 procharger on it. Pretty nasty car.
