I just looked at a 1989 GTA manual trans car to by for parts.
Engine/ trans are gone mainly want rear axle but couldn't get under car to look at it.

I am guessing posi? Would it be the Gov lock?
Does 3.45 gear sound right?
Has a huge front swaybar. Is it a tube swbar?
Are these still 10in. brakes on the front?
Anything else I should know?

G80 - Posi/Gov Lock, whatever you want to call it was standard
5-speed manual should be 3.45
The sway bar will be 36mm hollow
Same 10.5 brakes as 99% of Thirdgens made
