Do have backup lights????maybe someone cut the sockets.

yes i have backup lights and 2 brake on each side but there is room for 3 lights for the brakes but i also have a brake light in the rear spoiler so that may be in place of the 3rd light

Your supposed to have 4 on each side,I think someone cut off one of the light sockets.
The 3rd brake light has nothing to do with them,you should have four bulb sockets.
