I ordered that one from Hot Wheels, but it does not have the 00001/04000 sticker on it. Whats the deal with the limited edition sticker?

Cool find. I have a black Hot Wheels IROC that came out last year still in the package on my fridge. I always look for 3rd gen diecasts when I'm in the stores and every so offen I get lucky.
