Those are available from SunStar and came out in 2001 I believe. SunStar's website shows the model and it looks horrible, but the actual car looks much better. They were selling originally for $19.95 and I've seen them as low as $12

These pop up on eBay pretty regularly. The guy I bought my pace car from gave me the one that he had. Scott is right - the model is pretty cheap, but it's a nice knick-knack to have.
