RPO replacement stickers
Is there a way to get an RPO replacement sticker as long as I have the vin to the car that needs it?

Re: RPO replacement stickers
Hopefully not. A print shop cannot be held accountable to police this.
The original RPO sticker was a plastic clear coated piece that would be difficult to reproduce. As 1980's cars become more collectible, the market for bogus RPO stickers will emerge. It will happen with Corvettes and turbo Buicks first. When high quality copies become commonplace, I will require multiple original hard copies of proof such as a build sheet, window sticker, and bill of sale before I shell out for a car with 1LE on the RPO sticker.

Re: RPO replacement stickers
The above is the sticker Im referring to. I didnt know how much info would be needed to get an accurate account of what this car Ive found has since the sticker is not under the console lid anymore. If I was lucky it would have the build sheet under the carpet as long as its not been removed. Ive only had one 86 t/a that actually had it.

Re: RPO replacement stickers
I know which sticker he is wanting. They can reproduce a damaged but readable one.
Can they make one with 0 info about your car? Doubt it.
You may be able to get a list of your rpo codes from GM or pontiac historical services.

Re: RPO replacement stickers
PHS does not have every RPO listed and so you can't use that to populate a replacement SPID sticker as the O/P is asking.
Without having a copy of the SPID, buildsheet or a ThirdGen ~1990 or newer, or Canadian ThirdGen, you may not be able to get a complete list of RPO codes as the records are not available for ThirdGen's outside the above noted criteria.

I think that still is the case and has not been shown otherwise. Only ~1990 or newer ThirdGens and Canadian ThirdGens appear to have complete records. Otherwise, you can only get an invoice and that does not contain all RPO codes.
However, an important RPO code like B4U, etc., should be on the invoice anyway.
