and 20 years later everyone knows those cars had more than 250hp ,have one of the best seats (hey they have to cry about something) and get better 0 to 60 than 5.4 .

Then again, if you look at their launch, they are spinning the tires before they ever even leave the line. That can't help acceleration if you are spinning before you even release the brake.

I was watching their Buick Grand National episode and they did mention that they took almost an entire second off the 1/4 mile at cooler temps. They compared the car at 70* and 32*. I'm sure the TTA is similar and at ideal conditions, you'll get better numbers than they produced here.
