1PV - SPECIAL PERFORMANCE VEHICLE (this may not be the right definition)

Car is a hardtop, has no power anything, no A/C, no vents in the dash other than above the radio, no setting for defrost on the selector. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, factory color on it was victory red. I know by my RPO codes that it was ordered by a customer, and built in norwood, oh.
