1) The hatch has been replaced
2) The spoiler was added
3) By some off crazy chance it was an early 1987 and it received leftover pieces from 1986...

i am sure someone out there likes what someone has done to this car, but honestly it does not look good at all. It looks like a Teenager threw ideas at it to make it look "cool" Im not sure if I would have paid $6500 for it. Also it was not a GTA, it is a Trans Am with the fender vents.
Cars that are greatly modified rarely do well at these auctions. Or CL, or Ebay etc etc. Certain upgrades can help the price, but when it changes the entire look of a car, it rarely does.

I agree,
The car in question just looks like someone wanted it to look like a dragster, but really not put the work into it to make it real. The tall "slicks" might turn a head, and cause a giggle, but seriously I think they are hideous, unless you tub it and take it to the track.
