someone else could probably give you more specific details but the big deal about the B4C is that you could get an RS with a LB9 5spd, or L98 auto. Also they're supposed to not have speed limiters, or kickdown valves, etc. Later B4C's have the 1LE brakes, but not all of them. Really it was just a way that gov't agencies could get a Z28 without all the flashy nonsense they didn't need. Why would they pay for a spoiler and hood bulges and foglights?
