Another 83 Camaro/Firebird V8 5-speed.
No other place that I'm aware of.
I threw mine in the trash in about 88, having swapped it out to hydraulics in about 86 at the first available opportunity. Otherwise I'd be happy to give it to you, it was such a steaming bucket of spit I just got tired of looking at it sitting around being useless though.

Re: manual 5 speed
Either repair it, find one on ebay or a junk yard or do a hydraulic conversion
Re: manual 5 speed
Thank you both for your prompt replies
I figured that was the only two options.
Find one at a junk yard, (already tried ebay) or fix it.
Once i get it out, I may try to build a new one that is stronger.
I'll pic the progress if i go that route.
I don't blame you for throwing it out. I would'a by now too.
All the best.

Re: manual 5 speed
Q: Is rocket science hard?
A: Are you a rocket scientist?
Kinda the same thing here... for me it was easy, an afternoon and acoupla hours the next morning to button everything back up. All you have to do is replace the bell housing, swap out the whole pedal assy, drill the holes for the MC, and install the hydraulics. Piece o cake.
Other people, yourself included,,, ... , can't comment.
