Car: 1987 IROC-Z Camaro
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: T-5 5 Speed
350 ASC cars
I was reading on here a while back...said there is 4 known 350 ASC cars from 87 converted to verts (one of the admins confirmed it on here, as well as supposedly a person on the iroc-z FB pages claims to own one...claims). I tried asking him and he never answered for some reason...anyone know if they ever got MAP POCKETS in them...just was curious was all. Further more...did the 305 T-top cars done in 87 by ASC get map pockets...?

The only cars that got the map pocket were the factory VIN 3 convertibles. Since the 350 was not an option for a factory vert, they didn't get the pocket. The 305 cars got the map pocket, only if it was designated in the VIN and via RPO code Z08. If they weren't destined to be a vert from the beginning, they didn't get the pocket.
