Reproduction Documents

I'd like to introduce myself to this Forum, my name is Paul and I own winvoices.com a document reproduction business. The majority of the business we receive are for Chevrolet Muscle Cars from 1959-1988. We have been getting more and more requests from potential customers who own vehicles other than Chevrolets and do our best to provide them with their requested documents. We are a small business and pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If we feel for any reason we are unable to assist a customer we go as far as to recommend other companies who may produce that specific service. We appreciate the competition and enjoy providing what I think you would perceive as a different product. We are not the most or least expensive and stand behind our business. We review all the information you provide and discuss any inaccuracies prior to any prints. Upon payment we send a scan of all documents so we may both review them to ensure accuracy prior to final print. We do offer period correct and aged documents and more often than not can keep the pin feed margins on each side intact as original on third-gen window stickers. Please review our sample tab on our website and don't hesitate to call or e-mail us with any questions. More importantly please take the time to review our testimonial page which gets us great pride. I am also a hobbyist and try to assist customer who order multiple documents with original ads from their specific dealers when available. We appreciate the time you've allowed us and hope to hear from you.

I have also attached a sample of a document we just completed after our customer stated he exhausted all other alternatives.
Lastly,as an addendum, I did ask permission from the Forum Admin prior to posting here as we do appreciate and respect each Forum's rules and regulations.

Re: Reproduction Documents

It might help to provide more details. For instance, the last place I got one of my cars done, charged $40 for the first invoice, and $10 for additional copies. They also offer a laminate option for a few dollars. Do you also offer similar options and discounts? What is your turn around time? Might help get more business. In looking at your website, there just is not a lot of information there.

How about a discount for thirdgen.org folks? I know I was thinking of getting another one of mine done, but since the price really had not changed in a while, was really not in a big hurry.. Something like that might "push" folks along to go ahead and get one done.

Re: Reproduction Documents

All pricing information is on the main page of the site, the link I provided takes you to that main page. Turn around time is usually less than 1 week.

Re: Reproduction Documents

No, I’m sorry, that’s when they changed sizes, can’t accommodate the larger size docs at this point.

Re: Reproduction Documents

For the record, I have copies of window stickers up thru 1989 that are the black and white version. I haven't found any pattern to why some 1988 and 1989 window stickers are black and white and the rest are the wider color version.

Re: Reproduction Documents

1975 and 1976 have been added. 1977-1988 require their GM Heritage invoice so no form needs to be completed.
Thank you,
Paul
