Good news is that it doesn't look really important.

Every time I reassemble something in my car I find a more efficient way to put it together than the original engineers did.

They look (broken) similar to the trim clips a firebird would have on the radio trim bezel. Don't know where they would be on a camaro.

Those look like the clips that hold the kneeboard and kickpanels together.

Look like weatherstripping clips or molding clips, but they're not ringing any bells.
