Front and Rear Floor Mats
Power Windows, Power Locks, A/C, Tilt Steering Wheel are some options that had to be ordered in 1987 on the GTA but would later become standard on the 1988 and later GTAs.
Also note that GTA doesn't have the tilt steering wheel.
I should probably make a note about a disclaimer for export cars as they always have something different.

I found one a couple years ago on Craigslist that had manual windows, locks, 5 speed, and it was BROWN!
It had SUPER low miles and he wanted like $27k or something for it if I remember correctly

I went to go see that exact car when it was for sale in 2014 in CT. It's not a good car in person..... Whole car was repainted poorly and had all sorts of issues. Shame too, because I really like the way it's optioned.

Guy down the street from me has an IROC vert that is a manual, radio and a/c delete, with manual locks and windows. Not too sure on the year, but it's a really clean ride!
