GTA's come with most options standard, if you don't have most typical options it might not be a GTA. Either way its not unusual to have GTA's ranging from standard equipment to every option on the list.

Your GTA is very much an oddity.... in fact, I've never seen such an "unladen" GTA. For those here who may not be aware, the 1987 GTA was not nearly the "full-boat" model that it became a year later.
The actual Y84 option in 1987 consisted of the following:
** AQ9 Articulating Bucket Seats
** GTA Exterior Ornamentation
** DD7 Power Paddle Mirrors (early cars only... DG7 sport mirrors later)
** NP5 Leather Appointment Group
** B2L 5.7L TPI Engine Package
** PW7 16" Gold Diamond Spoke Wheels
** WS6 Performance Suspension
** K34 Engine Oil Cooler
** J65 4 Wheel Disc Brakes (exc. LB9/Auto cars)
** G80 Limited Slip Axle
** B34 Front/Rear Floor Mats
And that's all. There were two option packages available (W61 & W63), but a "standard equipment" 1987 GTA could be quite plain, actually. The commonly seen GTA options were included in the two option packages, and were not standard on the model.
Just a note.

That might explain why the base price of the 88 GTA went for a few thousand more than 87 and the Firebird, Formula & T/A did not see such a price hike in 88.
starting to make some sence now...
