There were 592 b4c's made in 91!!!
I do not know how many were the 350 auto combo vs. the 305 5-speed combo.
Congrats on the good find!!!

I found mine about the same way. A guy down the street wanted to sell his 91, I stoped by and talked to him. He said he wanted to car to have something fun to drive, but didn't have the money to keep it going and need to get rid of it. I looked at the RPO's and told him I would be by the next day to take it home. It wasn't a steel, but it was more than a fair price. The car was origanly purchased in Cannal Whinchester, Ohio at a dealership that faked the paper work to get it so it never went to a police department.

I went to an auction in April '96 in Denver with the intention of buying a '92 B4C that I had seen a few years earlier in service.
I have a list somewhere with the VIN's from all of the cars sold that day. As soon as I find it I will post a few of the VIN's.
I am still interested in finding the car that I drove out to buy.
I only had 3500 and it sold at 5200. My source out there said they averaged 3000 range on prices, but if the weather was bad they would go higher. Needless to say it snowed and everone came to the auction.
I'll be back as soon as I find that auction sheet; might take a few days.

Well mine is a 91 (if you read the name you already knew that)
It is 305 TPI w/5 spd, 4 wheel discs, has manual windows, AC, has aftermarket stereo now, 147924 miles, needs a clutch, heads reworked, exhaust redone, headliner replaced, dash pad replaced.........I think I will quit now as I am getting sad just typing all that it needs.
Oh and I only gave $1000 for it last year. I am also not sure what color it was factory but its a dark bluish green now. Not teal.....more blue than that. I am not good at colors......my crayons were taken away from me at an early age. I do think that it was in service in south Texas as a DPS Patrol car.
Let me know what you come up with p haze 92 as far as the registry. Maybe a B4C Gathering in the future

I have been surprised at how many B4C's I have seen for sale here in the northeast, especially when you consider how few were produced!! Add to that the fact that New England PD's don't use Camaros hardly at all, and I have been surprised at how many I have seen...5 for sale in the last 6 months in various auto hunters...
One thing nice about B4Cs is even if dumb people get ahold of them, they seem to realize it is something special if it has TPI and its an RS! As time goes on and more people get them and wreck them, they'll get to be very scarce. Too bad they never had t-tops...

I know this thread is a little old but I came across it with the Search Button. I just bought a 1992 RS B4C two days ago from an officer out here in Hawaii. The car is a L98 350 TPI / 700r4 auto, Black with the hard top. Its completely stock (even radio) and has 89k miles. I got it for $4500. I'll try to get the VIN up here so you guys can record it. I didnt check the RPO codes yet so I'll check that too.
I'm so excited!!!

Nice Score!!!
Post some pictures when you can.
P Haze, I haven't stumbled across that auction paperwork from the auction in Denver yet, but I haven't forgot about it.

Man I love my new B4C. I just got it Saturday, put licence on it yesterday. Mine is a '91 350, AC, Cruise, tilt, pw, pl, pm, ph, 4 wheel discs, cargo cover, and much more. The only down side is the 172,150 miles on it, but I can do a posi 60' burnout (not Break torque). I only did it once because these cars are rare and cool.
Oh yea I'm up for a B4C car gathering, that would be cool.

Oh yea I paid $2000 for mine!!!!!!!
Which make the car even sweeter.

I don't know how much this helps but in Louisville the police had 2 92 B4C's one was a 350 auto and the other was a 305 5 speed. The 350 was sold last year and the 305 was wrecked before or shortly after it left service. I heard that it had ttops but there is no way for me to check these out.
