The OP is an idiot. I reviewed his pictures and recognize the washer - it backs up the nut for the starter power cable. I’ll put it with the starter in storage.
I’ll set him on the straight and narrow path later today. Please ignore weight and space saving LT1 starter and cobbled exhaust (impetus for starter replacement / upcoming hedman install).
