I tried compnine but it says the vin isnt in the system, i dont know of any other way to get the rpos from the vin (1G2FW21F7KL224556) and was hoping someone could help.

It's a 1989. It's too old to be in the system. Only exported ThirdGens and around 1990+ and newer are in the system.

There is no known way to get a complete listing of the RPO codes as found on the SPID. You can order a copy of the invoice from PHS (up to 1986) or GM Heritage center but it won't contain every single RPO code.
